New Years Goal Setting.
My husband and I take a day at the beginning of the year and set our goals and intentions for the year. (We try to do this on vacation and have our own mini retreat). We categorize health, each business and personal/family. We have shifted more towards lead measures versus lag measures (I’m going to make offers on 100 houses versus I want to buy 3 rental properties this year). Also, creating a schedule is sooo helpful- by scheduling my self care appointments months in advance, I am setting the priorities.
We created an aspiration vision a few years ago of what we want our life to look like and work backwards from there.
