Infrared Sauna
Our private infared sauna room provides total body relaxation. It has a variety of preset modalities or create your own, including detox, weight loss, muscle recovery and sleep. Our Sunlighten Sauna has both near and far infrared light therapy. It holds up to 3 people, but your session is always private. Book for yourself or bring a friend. Our relaxing room also has cold towels and Berkey filtered water. Add on after acupuncture or massage, book a stand alone visit or a package.
