Payment
If paying out of pocket, payment in full is due at the time of the visit. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellation within 24 hours will result in $45 cancellation fee. No call no show will be charged full treatment amount. Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be charged for a missed visit and will be rescheduled.

Insurance
We encourage you to call your insurance provider to verify your coverage. We can provide a superbill for you to send to your insurance for reimbursement. We are out of network with most insurance plans. We are a participating provider for Veterans through Community Care, and they often will cover acupuncture treatments for Veterans. We accept Worker's Compensation and Auto Accident claims. Please contact your provider prior to your visit to see if they pay for acupuncture, how much they will cover, for what conditions they cover, how many visits and if we are on their accepted list of providers. Your Health Spending Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) should cover acupuncture.
