Katie Kuhn is a licensed acupuncturist with a Master's Degree (M.S.) in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, including Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine and is a doctoral candidate at Pacific College of Health Science. She attended Western Michigan University and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine before finishing her Masters' degrees at New York Chiropractic College in 2015. She is a NCCAOM board certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine and a member of the Michigan State Acupuncture Association. She has a background in Sports Medicine, Pain Management, Integrative Care and Women's Health. She has training in Chinese and Japanese style acupuncture as well as fertility, pregnancy (including Spinning Babies), post stroke rehab, microneedling, and cosmetic & facial rejuvenation acupuncture. She wants to empower her patients to understand their bodies and take power over their own healthcare.
Katie is from St. Clair and currently lives in the Port Huron area with her husband Brian and her children Brody and Belladonna. She is a homebirth mom, an avid gardener, runner and swimmer. She loves to travel and explore new places.
Lauren has been with us at Huron Point Acupuncture since 2017. She handles the front desk and billing. She is a mom to three wonderful kids and her whole family uses acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to stay healthy.
