A mix of tumeric (jiang huang), ginger (gan jiang), and cinnamon bark (rou gui).

Add herbs to milk of choice and warm until hot, not boiling, about 5 minutes on medium heat. Strain herbs. Add honey, maple syrup and coconut oil or ghee if desired. Froth milk. 

For dirty golden milk latte, add a shot of espresso
