Acupuncture in Port Huron
At Huron Point Acupuncture, our doctors use thin, single-use, sterile needles placed at specific points on the body to support your health and well-being. Acupuncture isn’t completely sensation-free, but it should not be painful.
What to expect
Your first visit takes about 90 minutes. Your doctor will review your medical history, talk through your goals, and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Follow-up visits take 45 to 60 minutes.
Along with acupuncture, we often use cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, Chinese herbal medicine or supplements, and dietary and lifestyle advice to support the mind, body, and spirit. We tailor care to every stage of life, from children to older adults.
Who we help
Many of our patients come to us for chronic neck and low back pain, but acupuncture can support a wide range of concerns. We specialize in women’s health, from preconception and fertility through pregnancy and menopause. We also see patients for digestive concerns, sleep problems, fatigue, skin conditions, autoimmune conditions, and mental health support.
Acupuncture is also often used preventatively, to help maintain health before problems develop.
